Story for Bkool - Luis Puig velodrome

Velodrome ride of 37KM. Thought that I would take it easy as all I wanted to do was achieve my 10,000KM target for the year but got involved in a bit if a race with another competitor and it got pretty fast trying to beat each other. Great fun and very good training to add to my 5 weeks in Spain Cycling with Los Amigos club. Getting fitter and stronger. Pity winter is with us and it means indoors on the Turbo Trainer. Should be good for next season big I keep at it.
