Story for Sunday Morning Hills w/ Fred
Lunch rides haven't been the same since Fred got a new job on the other side of town. He's definitely my favorite SBC team mate to ride with. We've put in hundreds of miles together over the last couple of years and we've definitely made each other stronger. Rides with Fred aren't nearly as frequent as they used to be, but we still get a few in here and there. Today was a great morning for a longer ride rolling on some hills and accumulating some altitude gain. The country roads around south of Nixa and around Ozark are just the best. Miles like these are always better with a good friend.
