Streak Day 5/100

On my first week of this new streak, aiming for 100 day that will take me to Christmas. 

Planning to do the Belfast Marthon on may day to i belive (must really check) that a 18 week trainign plan for may day will have me starting about boxing day. 

Currently thinking of using the Pfitz 18/55 Marthon plan but am concered with the aggressiveness of it. Need to get my weekly distance to be over 25 miles per week before I even think of starting the plan. thererfore i building my distance every week from now. +10% rouned to the nearest km.

this week (starting on sunday past) is 3km per day to give me 21km, next week will be 5km on one day and 3km the rest of the days. (yes today i am over by 0.9km, or 30%). this should take me to 55km a week at the start of December (34miles), plan is to hold this distance (might relax a bit Christmas week) for all of december to hopefully be in good shape to start the Marthon training.
