Story for 3 x 8" Airtight

One of those mornings; dark, a sense of drizzle, a persistant head wind and dead legs. Dead legs that weren't waking up for the 8 minute efforts (8") and so I wasnt having fun. Full of negative, whingy, thoughts and hatred for my inability to train at the level I should. Until I got to the top of One Tree Hill and realised that what the sky looked like (I'd been staring at the stem until that point).

More self inflicted pain and misery for the other intervals 3x8" broken everytime I lifted my head by the weather & its impact on the sky.

On the way down into the office some great art sprayed on to a wall.

That I suppose is the essence of exersize; that even when you are going shit and hating every moment of your effort, when the effort stops you are so much more aware of whats around you and can appreciate it so much more.

Finally a cheeky comment for the title. Rude.
