West Orange Trail - Florida Tandem

If you find yourself in Orlando and in need of a quick, fun, paved trail adventure I would recommend cycling along the West Orange Trail.  We rented a tandem bicycle at the Kilarney Station off of W. Colonial drive on the north side of Orlando (Bikes and Blades, orlandobikerental.com).  The scenery is mostly urban but we enjoyed an easy spin on our first tandem ride..
