Story for Fit by Jenny! ;-)
Jennifer came over to our house in Berthoud to teach Debbie, Mark, Kim and I some TRX, exercise ball and resistance band exercises specific to cycling. We all were blown away with Jenny's knowledge of sports physiology, as she explained each exercise and how it benefits our strength on the bike, endurance, posture and overall cycling or running performance. We look forward to more group sessions with Jenny as she supports P2P, and as a cyclist that has yet to do strength training at all in 5 years of "serious" cycling...I am hooked after one session with Jenny!
