Last great paddle of the summer
Sunset paddle with an old friend. We started at the Wixom road boat launch and made our way up to the damn at Proud Lake. A slight bobble at the portage resulted in a cut on my ankle (that led to a staff infection that ended my summer paddling season). Once in the lake we were rewarded with an amazing sunset!
