Sun starts going down fast this time of year and that in turn means Monday's group ride has to go faster too. À bloc, Full Gas, or however you wish to describe it, this ride was 'on' from KM 0. With dwindling numbers, it also means there is no place to hide and hang on - everybody works and works hard. Was I overcooked by the time the lads opened their sprint? Yep. But I also helped a friend over the last nasty climb and we all stayed safe - that to me worth 10 KOM's.
