Borówiec #rapha500 Ride
That's the early 8AM morning of the second day of chrismas.
Together with @daria we knew from the forecast that it won't be long before the cold rainy clouds will come back and try to scare us off, so we woke up, picked the bikes and rode off through the empty streets.
The sky always looks stunning just before the rain and especially in the morning, so the ride was even more worth it.
Half the way we have stopped by a Volunteer fire department building where they have prepared a real piece of art:
If you ride fast as usual you can miss it and percept the wall mural as an actual gate, but the old STAR truck is in fact cut in half.
It is an icon of the past times after WW2 as the STAR trucks were produced for over 45 years and maintained despite their crude design.
The wind hit us on the way back with some rain soon after that. Another ride well spent adding to the rapha 500 festive challange.
