15 Weeks to London - Progress being made

Starting to feel like the training is paying off and currently motivation is pretty high.

Attached video is one I have been using for motivation for a few years didnt work in 2016. 
Here is to those of you who have the spark or need one watch the video and ask why you get out early, late midnight what ever. 

What do we train for ? Performance ? Mental Health ? Because we can ? Here is to the next year of training the ups and down
