Story for Lunch Ride w/ Jon
It's great to have a friend along for training rides and taper rides... really just about any ride is better with company. Jon Brusherd is one of those lunch ride friends who comes out to the industrial park from time to time and joins me no matter what the pace or phase of training. Thankful for him and the rest of the cycling crew I get to hang out with out there on the roads and in the dirt on two wheels.
