Strava customer service is either complicit in allowing athletes to cheat or incapable of seeing the obvious.

Alessio Stacchetti finished the September run climbing challenge in second place.  he was able to accomplish this fraudulantly.  I am including a screen shot of his data to make my point.  This graph, captured from his page clearly illuminates the deception.  The graph indicates that Alessio ran for a total of 2 hours and 49 minutes.  In that time he gained 130,243 feet of elevation.  There is no way that is humanly possible.  I just received confirmation from customer support that the data is going to be allowed to stand.  I have been told that the data has "adjusted itself" and is now correct.  That means that Strava just endorsed a fraud.  It is unbelievable that such blatant cheating is being endorsed.
