Running after dinner is how you're supposed to do it, right?

Was going to do another run between work and Scouts tonight, but a conflict came up, and I didn't have time to do that. Ate dinner instead, went to Scouts. 

Nobody showed but the leaders, so we went back home and I ended up running after all, but on a full after-dinner stomach. Surprisingly didn't affect my pace that much, even though I thought I was taking it easier to keep side stitches away.
