Story for 58 mi. + 6200 ft. climbing

It's a big ride. But oh the things you see: Views of the entire Bay Area on the one side, the vast ocean on the other. Peaceful mountain roads lined w/ wildflowers, majestic redwoods, fern-covered canyons and cascading creeks. Harley riders, hikers and hippies all enjoying beers and burgers at the top of Skyline. Cows and horses grazing the grassy hills of the vast ranches on the coast. A general store that is at once a bar, cafe, gift shop, post office and live-music hangout. Oh, and the unmanned bike shack that runs on the honor system where you can fill up on anything you need before you make the 10-mi. climb up Tunitas Creek Road -- ending w/ a sweet descent down the other side where *I* actually passed a car on a hairpin turn ... It's epic!
