Story for Heaven and Hell
Probably the most beautiful mountains in South Africa. Hylton Dunn and his lovely wife Sunelle is living the dream as they built a high altitude training facility check out Alpine Swift trails.
The race is a first of its kind, a mountain lap race. 8.5km with 800m elevation per lap. I wanted to quit after the very first lap, but we were running in teams and I couldn't let Hylton down. With the amazing support of my wife Isabel, I managed to finish the most demanding race of my life.
