Winter trainings of mind

During last few seasons I trained alone or with friend with no such plan for drill with whole swimming pool reserved. Well this is cool, but I have found that there is no performace improvements. And the second thing is that you are not a bit forced to drill hard. It is cool to swim alone or with friends who are not in training for some race, but you will not be so disciplined to swim your drill and you will get bored.
I have decided to train with one of the PRG triathlon clubs - Endurance Lab. These guys have also the tri shop and all are racers on the hardest courses and heading to race in Kona. So, what more?
Trainings are prepared by coaches who are racers and know what is the best way to improve your skills, but not to kill you, because you have to use your legs for running and bike.

E.g. we are using:
Dry warm-up (it is up to you how, but it is better)
1x300 warm-up (it is up to you which style)
8x50 drills (legs)
8x50 drills (hands, one hand crowl, one hand breast, possible with fins)
4x50 drills with fins
4x50 drills (half of the pool with leg or hand drill, half front crawl, return with fastest tempo of front crowl to the half and then easy hand-catching crawl)
Cool down

So if you are still trying to train alone, you have to be stronger. For me I am trying to train alone one to two days per week and one day with club. The same I would like to plan for running and bike. But in these days, pool trainings are good (because weather is not so friendly).
