Story for AVID PRO IX - Crescendo Ride

Things I learned from the AVID PRO Class:
1. The pain cave is darker from the outside than it is once you get in.
2. Cadence cures poor power numbers.
3. PTP and FTP are not the same thing.
4. The V in VO2 Max may be for vomit.
5. Climbing can be done IN the saddle.
6. A power + cadence meter will be a better measure of pacing yourself on rides than looking at speed.
7. Cadence is king.
8. There is no place to spit in the spin studio. BYOB = Bring your own bucket.
9. Steven Hartstein is a numbers geek disguised as an instructor.
10. There is no way you can achieve greatness on your own. It takes a village to raise a child and a full spin studio to improve a rider.
Thanks Shloime and Avi!
