A short note to James Quarles, 260,180 + 19,360 does not equal 278,228

The first image is a screenshot of my weekly totals from Sunday. They include 260,180 feet of elevation and 1,102 miles. The second graph includes my weekly totals that include 19,360 feet of elevation and 82.1 miles. Having graduated high school with a solid education in math, I do believe the correct year-to-date totals should be 279,540 feet and 1,184.1 miles. The third graph is the Strava total. I have tried for weeks to get them to address this problem. As these are today's total, they don't seem to be giving my problem any attention. Coros, the manufacturer of the Pace, has tried  to get Strava to accept the fact that their algorithm is flawed. Strava mandates that all data be processed through their system.

Thanks to a responsive customer support department and management team, Coros has worked diligently to solve this problem. The integration of TrainingPeaks in place of Strava is a work in progress. As soon as it is available, I will be an early adopter. I refuse to trust Strava, a GPS app with an annual fee of $60 that draws the conclusion that 260,180 + 19,360 = 278,228.

I'm taking the evening to consider how this will impact the next few weeks until the TrainingPeaks integration is complete. I'll have an update on how I will be managing this barrier for the next few weeks.
