Why Javi G Selma is the true leader in the September 2018 run climbing challenge.

On September 15th I submitted ticket #1162175 tocustomer service.  As usual, they have ignored my request for the last 5 days.  As a paying customer, I find this policy unacceptable and is one of the primary reasons I am leaving Strava.  

The content of the ticket reveals systemic cheating by athlete Tielko S.  It is an absolute insult to the integrity of the athletes who are participating in this competition fairly and honestly to be subjected to Strava's indifference regarding this ongoing problem.  

The discrepancy between miles ridden and elevation clearly shows an unacceptable discrepancy.  The first screenshot clearly demonstrates the fraud being perpetrated.  In 1 hour and 3 minutes this individual rode 7.6 miles and climbed 40,272 feet of elevation.  Bullshit.  

Customer service needs to do something about this.  It has been over a week that this account has been in the top 10.  That is far too long.  Stop your policy of indifference and do something to fix this, now!  Javi G Selma is the true #1 going into the final week.
